  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well and rinse with cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained macaroni, flaked tuna, chopped celery, and chopped red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
