- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir well. Microwave for another 30 seconds if needed, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in chopped nuts if using.
