Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach and strawberries.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Chop the nuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, nuts, and feta cheese (if using).
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
