Ingredients
- Ground Beef (1 lb)
- Taco Seasoning (1 oz packet)
- Salsa (16 oz jar)
- Black Beans (15 oz can, rinsed and drained)
- Corn (15 oz can, drained)
- Shredded Cheese (2 cups)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the browned beef, taco seasoning, salsa, black beans, and corn to your slow cooker.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Stir in shredded cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking, or until melted.
- Serve hot.

- Serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, avocado, or cilantro.
