Ingredients

  • Ground Beef (1 lb)
  • Taco Seasoning (1 oz packet)
  • Salsa (16 oz jar)
  • Black Beans (15 oz can, rinsed and drained)
  • Corn (15 oz can, drained)
  • Shredded Cheese (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the browned beef, taco seasoning, salsa, black beans, and corn to your slow cooker.
  3. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  5. Stir in shredded cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking, or until melted.
  6. Serve hot.
