Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Prick the inside area of the pastry with a fork.

- Once the pastry is baked, let it cool slightly.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pastry, staying within the scored border.
- Arrange your fresh fruit decoratively over the cream cheese layer.
- In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam and water over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Brush the warm jam glaze over the fruit.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
