- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Pat the pike fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pike fillets to the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return the pike fillets to the skillet and spoon the lemon butter sauce over them.
- Serve immediately.
