Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well until combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
