Ingredients

  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Crackers or bread for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flaked smoked mackerel and softened cream cheese.
  2. Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, and chopped parsley.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
