- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flaked smoked mackerel and softened cream cheese.
- Add the lemon juice, chopped dill, and chopped parsley.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined and the mixture is smooth.
- Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
