- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooked cauliflower, heavy cream, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
- For a firmer casserole, bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- You can substitute zucchini for cauliflower.
