- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, applesauce, maple syrup, coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
