- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked rice and half of the cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
