- 1 lb Pike fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped parsley, dill, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pike fillets in a shallow dish and pour the herb marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the marinated pike fillets on the preheated grill.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
