  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, chopped parsley, dill, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pike fillets in a shallow dish and pour the herb marinade over them. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grates.
  5. Place the marinated pike fillets on the preheated grill.
  6. Grill for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately.
