  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 12-18 hours, or until doubled in size.

  5. Gently fold the dough over on itself a few times to form a rough ball.
  6. Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. While the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven. Remove the plastic wrap from the dough.
  9. Using the parchment paper, carefully lower the dough into the hot Dutch oven.
  10. Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Remove the lid and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the bread is cooked through.
  12. Carefully remove the bread from the Dutch oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
