Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
