- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Stir in the granulated sugar.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- While the bars are cooling, prepare the frosting. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until the frosting is light and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled pumpkin bars.
- Cut into bars and serve.
