Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate, coating it halfway.
- Place the dipped bites back on the parchment paper.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
